By signing in, accessing, or using SheetArc ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or business, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.0 Description of Service

SheetArc provides a specialized software-as-a-service application that connects to user-authorized Google Sheets spreadsheets via official Google APIs, providing an enhanced CRM dashboard, contact inspector drawers, column remapping, Kanban views, and team collaborator management.

3.0 User Accounts & Google Authorization

To access the Service, you authenticate using your Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and maintaining appropriate permissions on your Google Drive spreadsheets. You may revoke SheetArc's API access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.

4.0 Subscription Plans & Billing

Tier Structure: SheetArc offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Team subscription plans with varying quotas for connected sheets, row capacity, and team member seats as displayed on our pricing page.

Merchant of Record: All subscription payments, currency conversions, and global tax compliance are processed by Dodo Payments Inc., our authorized Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your provided payment method until cancelled.

Automatic Renewal: Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.0 Cancellation & Data Preservation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click via the secure link provided in your Dodo Payments email receipt or by contacting support. Following cancellation:

You retain full access to all features until the end of your current paid billing period.

Upon expiration, your account smoothly reverts to the Free tier.

Zero Data Deletion: All connected sheets, team roles, and workspace configurations remain safely preserved in a paused state.

Re-upgrading at any time immediately reactivates all saved sheets and collaborator roles.

6.0 7-Day Refund Policy

We provide a full 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all new paid plan subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with SheetArc for any reason within the first 7 days of upgrading, you may request a 100% refund. 7.0 Acceptable Use & Prohibitions

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unauthorized data harvesting, scraping, or sending unsolicited bulk commercial communications.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the integrity of SheetArc infrastructure.
Circumvent plan limits, tier restrictions, or payment mechanisms.
Use the Service in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights.

8.0 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While SheetArc strives for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages, delays, or service disruptions caused by Google Sheets API rate limits or third-party network providers. In no event shall SheetArc's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to SheetArc in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
