Our Core Architecture: Zero Spreadsheet Data StorageSheetArc acts strictly as an interactive client interface for your Google Spreadsheet. We do NOT copy, store, index, or sell your spreadsheet rows, contacts, customer records, or financial numbers on our servers. Your Google Sheet remains your database at all times.

1.0 Introduction

SheetArc ("we", "us", or "our") provides a web application that transforms user-authorized Google Sheets into custom CRM dashboards with real-time synchronization. We respect your personal privacy and are deeply committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, utilize, and protect your information when using the SheetArc application.

2.0 Information We Collect (And What We Never Store)

What We NEVER Store: We do not store customer records, event tickets, pipeline values, deal contacts, or cell data found within your Google Sheets. All row querying and updates happen directly between your browser session and Google's API endpoints.

Account Information: When signing in with Google OAuth, we receive basic authentication details: your name, email address, and profile avatar URL to identify your account and assign your workspace license.

Workspace Metadata & Configurations: To allow you to reopen your customized CRM dashboard on any device, we store only non-sensitive workspace configuration data in our database:

Connected Google Sheet file IDs and sheet titles
Column header mappings (e.g. Column A mapped to "Name")
Custom KPI card title renames and layout settings
Invited team collaborator email addresses and role designations (Editor, Viewer)
Subscription plan status (Free, Starter, Pro, Team)

3.0 Google API Limited Use Disclosure

SheetArc's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

We only access sheets explicitly authorized by you through Google OAuth.

We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.

We do not use or transfer your sheet data to train generalized AI/ML models.

4.0 Payment Processing

Subscription billing is handled securely through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc. Dodo Payments processes your payment method, handles tax compliance, and issues official purchase receipts. SheetArc does not collect, receive, or store credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

5.0 Data Preservation & Downgrades

If a customer's subscription expires or is cancelled, their account reverts to the Free tier. We enforce a strict zero-deletion policy on downgrades: your connected sheet configurations, custom columns, and team assignments are safely preserved in a paused state. Upon renewal, all features and multi-sheet access reactivate immediately without data loss.

6.0 Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your location, you have the right to request access to the metadata associated with your account, correct inaccurate information, or request permanent deletion of your account and workspace configurations. You may also revoke SheetArc's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings page.
